Information we collect

We collect account, contact, company, trade, listing, request, and finance pre-qualification information that users choose to submit. We may also collect technical information needed to secure, operate, and improve the platform, including authentication and activity records.

Why we use it

We use information to operate the platform, assess and administer controlled broker workflows, communicate about requests, protect against fraud and misuse, meet legal or compliance obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Controlled sharing

We do not facilitate direct buyer, seller, or broker contact merely because a listing or request is submitted. Information is shared only where necessary for the broker-managed process, with the relevant user’s participation, or where required by law. A verified transaction may require additional disclosures under agreed terms.

Storage and security

Platform submissions are stored through our secured application infrastructure, including Supabase services. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit bank statements or financial documents through a public form unless Prospero gives you a specific secure route.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about your submitted personal data, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations. Contact us using the address below so we can verify and process the request.
