Build a seller pack before you publish
- Commodity, grade/specification, assay or quality evidence and HS code where applicable.
- Available volume, monthly capacity, origin, stock location and loading window.
- Price basis, Incoterms, payment expectations and inspection process.
- Corporate registration, authority to sell, export capability and relevant permits.
- Documented chain of custody or proof of product where appropriate.
What happens after submission
- Your listing starts in broker review; it is not promoted as a verified executable offer by default.
- When a buyer shows interest, the broker requests your anonymous confirmation.
- Your identity remains protected until review and mutual interest are complete.
- The broker coordinates due diligence, commercial terms and a controlled next step.
Do not include: bank details, passport copies, personal contact details or uncontrolled document links in an initial listing or response.
